We believe kids belong in nature, and we’ve developed a range of programs to get them there. We have programs for toddlers, preschool, and school-age children including daycare and seasonal camps offered exclusively at Henderson Recreation Centre.

Our Programs

3-5 / Jr. K

At our 3 to 5 / Junior K programs, kiddos engage in active play, nature arts and exploration outdoors while fully supervised by certified Early Childhood Education staff.

Camps

Join us for our summer camps run out of Beacon Hill Park for the month of July only. Camps are for kids ages 5+ and filled with nature exploration, beach days, and lots of adventure.

The Learning Centre

We’re expanding the programs we offer at our Learning Centre to better serve our community. From event space to consulting, watch this space for information about exciting new services!
